Meet Dakota, Your Pickleball Fitness Coach

My own fitness journey didn't start out easy. For years, I struggled with feeling tired all the time and found it difficult to get stronger. It was a tough feeling, and I know many other people felt the same.

This personal struggle made me want to learn everything about the human body. I studied hard to become an expert in how our bodies move, build strength, and use energy. Today, I'm a certified professional who helps people train for sports safely and effectively.

As a pickleball player myself, I noticed something important. Many players get tired during long games , feel like they aren’t getting any better , or worry about getting hurt from things like falls. I knew I could help solve these problems.

That’s why I started Dak Fitness.
