My name is Dakota, and I'm a coach who is trained to understand how the body moves for sports. I know exactly what your body needs to do to play great pickleball.

Yes, it is very safe. A big part of the training is improving your balance and strength to help prevent falls. Your plan will be created to fit what you can comfortably do right now.
The cost depends on which plan you choose. The ready-made digital plans cost less, while the one-on-one coaching is my complete service. The starting cost is $50 an hour. However, I offer packages, and we can talk about the costs on our free call.
Yes. This training helps players at all skill levels. The basics of moving well and building strength are important for everyone. Your plan will start at the right level for you.
The plans are made to be effective without taking up your whole day. We usually suggest training 3 or 4 times per week. Being consistent is the most important part.
We have flexible options. We can meet for in-person training at my gym, 614 Barbell, located in Columbus, Ohio, or we can start you on a 1:1 coaching plan fully remote with scheduled check-ins for progress monitoring and adjustments.
