Meet Dakota

Starting in high school, I struggled with my fitness. I felt frustrated with the need for direction. It was frustrating, and I knew I wasn't alone.

This struggle ignited a passion for understanding the human body. I dove deep into exercise science and discovered exercise physiology.

I earned my ACSM certification, specializing in strength and conditioning and sports nutrition. I learned to optimize physical performance and well-being through dedicated study and client work.

My mission is to guide others on their fitness journeys. I empower people to overcome obstacles, achieve goals, and unlock their full potential.

I do this by taking a personalized approach and considering their unique needs.
